At Crofton Dental Care, we sometimes see patients with loose or failing teeth who have found removable dentures difficult to wear. These concerns can affect everyday activities such as eating and chewing. In this case, Jean attended with loose and failing lower teeth and reported difficulties with removable dentures.
Following a comprehensive clinical assessment, we discussed the available treatment options and developed a personalised treatment plan involving a lower full arch implant bridge.
Step 1: Consultation

Jean attended Crofton Dental Care with concerns about loose and failing lower teeth, as well as difficulties with removable dentures.
During the consultation, we carried out a comprehensive clinical assessment, discussed the available treatment options, and answered questions about the treatment process. Following assessment and planning, Jean decided to proceed with a lower full arch implant bridge.
Step 2: Making the Lower Full Arch Dental Implant Bridge
Once the treatment plan was agreed, the lower full arch dental implant bridge was produced as part of the planned treatment process.
The bridge was fabricated in collaboration with Royal Dental Lab London according to Jean’s individual treatment plan.

Step 3: Fitting the Final Bridge
Once fabrication was complete, the final implant-supported bridge was fitted to the lower arch.
The final fixed implant bridge was fitted according to Jean’s agreed treatment plan, completing the planned course of treatment.

The Outcome
Jean’s treatment involved replacing loose and failing lower teeth with a full arch implant-supported bridge, providing a fixed alternative to removable dentures.
The treatment journey included consultation, fabrication of the lower full arch implant bridge in collaboration with Royal Dental Lab London, and the fitting of the final fixed bridge.
As with all dental treatments, outcomes, treatment times, and suitability for implant treatment vary depending on individual clinical factors, oral health, healing, and treatment needs.
This case study is provided for educational purposes. Individual treatment plans and outcomes vary according to each patient’s clinical circumstances.
